10 things to remind yourself of every day!
We all need some gentle reminders from time to time don’t you think?
I know I do!
That’s why I’ve out together a list of reminders for you to have on hand when you feel like you need something to bring a sense of calm and perspective back into your day.
Your life isn’t yours if you constantly care what others think.
Taking time to slow down is often the most productive thing you can do.
Communicate your needs to others, don’t just expect them to know what you need.
You’re more than your thoughts.
Let the space between where you are and where you want to be inspire you not overwhelm you.
Don’t feel guilty for doing what you know is best for you.
You can set healthy boundaries and still be there for others.
What you see as your weaknesses are things people admire and appreciate about you.
Focus more on the things you want to do rather than the things you think you ‘should’ be doing.
Growth and change can be uncomfortable, but they’re better than staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.
