HEALTH COACHING SESSIONS
We’ll chat about where you are and where you’d like to be, how I can best support you and whether my 1:1 coaching sessions are the right fit for you. There’s no obligation to work together after the call so come with an open mind and make the most of this time for yourself.
90-MINUTE INITIAL SESSION (Face-to-Face or Online)
Are you tired of going around in circles knowing what you need to do but struggling to find the time to do it?
Do you wish you could feel your best from the inside out and live a life you love?
If so, then this is the place to start.
Together, you and I will:
Begin to set the foundations for lasting change by getting clear on what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, what’s most important to you and why.
Find a starting point to bridge the gap from where you are to where you’d like to be.
Identify the areas of your life, health and wellbeing that need the most nurturing.
Come up with small, achievable steps that you can start working on straight after our session.

60-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP SESSION (Face-to-Face or Online)
These sessions are for continued support and accountability and can be booked as often as you’d like based on your needs.
We’ll check-in on your progress from previous session/s, celebrate where you are and continue to identify ways for you to prioritise yourself and nurture your health on all levels each day.

If you want to dive right in, get on top of things and be guided and held accountable along the way, then this 1:1 retreat is for you.
You’ll be able to press pause on your day, stop running on auto-pilot doing all the things you feel you ‘have’ to do and start to focus on how you can live your best life in line with your values and priorities. We’ll chat in a relaxed setting with wholesome snacks and drinks and you’ll leave with a clear picture of what to action first and how to do it.
Together, you and I will:
Recognise areas of your life that need the most support and attention
Get clear on where you’re heading and how you can get there
Identify what is and isn’t working for you
Outline your core values and beliefs and how these impact your day-to-day living
Identify habits and behaviours that will serve you moving forward to create positive and long-lasting change
Set small goals to help you build new behaviours and manage your time in line with your values and priorities
Begin to shift your mindset to one of growth and gratitude for all that you currently are, have and can do
Come up with a range of self-care options to build into your daily routine
Talk through tips on how to quieten your inner-critic, let go of stories you’ve been telling yourself and free yourself of unrealistic expectations
Discuss practical ways to reduce and manage stress so you can slow down and live more mindfully in the ‘now’ no matter the size of your to-do list
You’ll also receive:
A personalised, holistic action plan following your session so everything is crystal clear for you to have the confidence to get started
A 30-minute follow-up call to use within one month of the retreat to check-in and ask any questions that have come up along the way
