Bridget has helped me in every aspect of my day-to-day life. She has helped me to be more gentle on myself and taught me that it's OK to make time for myself and concentrate on positive thinking. Bridget as a person, is one of the most calm, compassionate and authentic people you will ever meet. She listens without judgement and is genuinely interested in where you are on your journey. Bridget doesn't push advice or practices onto you, but instead communicates in a way that makes you feel like you have the answers and are in control. Sometimes you just need someone to ask you the right questions. This is truly a gift.

I had the honour of joining Bridget's Women's Circle and it was honestly something I would like to incorporate into my calendar as much as possible. The space was filled with supportive and like minded people (along with the most beautiful gifts for each of us). Bridget took us through meditations and had us look over our life in a way I have not done before. I got a lot out of the circle and will 100% be back at the next one. I would also like to add that Bridget's meditations are easy to follow, calming and take me back to my centre. They are perfect for people who have been meditating for 2 years or 2 minutes, anyone can do them.

If you are considering a session with Bridget, I would highly recommend it. Take a moment out of your life to get back onto the road you know you are meant to be on. Bridget will help you get there. I can't thank her enough for the support she has given me.
